As a family concierge service, we partner with you to advise and facilitate your search for the ideal nanny. Our transparent, flat-rate model ensures a straightforward process focused entirely on finding the right caregiver for your family. (*) Additional fees apply for optional services, such as in-person interview support, background screening facilitation, and on-site visits.

How Payment Works

Family concierge prices for each search package are listed above.

For the Guided Search, payment is due in full upon retainment.

For the Classic and Premium search packages:

  • 25% is due upon engagement to begin crafting a search tailored to your family's unique needs.

  • 25% is due when candidate interviews commence or trial sessions with nannies begin.

  • The remaining 50% is due when your chosen nanny accepts your offer.
